Richard Tucker, the noted Metropolitan Opera tenor, announced today that he planned to conduct two Passover seder services on April 24 and 25 in Saigon, South Viet Nam, for the armed forces. He said he will be accompanied by Dr. William Rosenblum of Temple Israel.
