Original plans to have Dr. Paul Joseph Goebbels, Nazi Minister of Propaganda and Public Enlightment proceed to London as a member of the German delegation to the economic parley have been abandoned due to the fear of hostile demonstrations which, it is felt, in this case would have been far stronger than on the recent visit of Dr. Alfred Rosenberg. Instead, the German delegation will include an inconspicuous, moderate Nazi, and four Hugenberg Nationalists.
