Funeral services were held today for Mrs. Bella E. Unterberg, founder of the Young Women’s Hebrew Association and of Ivriah, who died yesterday at the age of 67 after an illness of eleven years.
Mrs. Unterberg, who was the widow of Israel Unterberg, manufacturer and philanthropist, was herself noted for her philanthropies. She founded the Y.W.H.A. at a meeting in her home in 1902 and was president of the organization for twenty years.
