A minimum of $100,000 will be distributed for unemployment relief by the Rochester Clothiers’ Exchange to ten thousand clothing workers here starting May 1 as a result of an agreement between the Amalgamated Clothing Workers’ Union and the clothing industry.

The clothing industry of Rochester is practically entirely in Jewish hands. The trustees of the fund are Max L. Holtz, president of the Exchange, and Dr. Leo Wolman.
