President Roosevelt today resumed his conferences with Ambassadors Hugh R. Wilson and William Phillips which were adjourned last week in Warm Springs, Ga. In addition to the envoys to Germany and Italy, Acting Secretary of State Sumne Welles and Ambassador to France William C. Bullitt were present at the meeting. The subject of persecution in Europe was believed to have been among the points discussed.
