Rosen Back from Dominican Republic; Refugee Project Starts in April

Dr. Joseph A. Rosen was back in New York today after a three-month stay in the Dominican Republic where he directed preparations for the settlement of refugees from central Europe. He said the project will get under way in the middle of next month. Dr. Rosen, vice-president of the Dominican Republic Settlement Association, returned yesterday on the S.S. Borinquen.
