Dr. Alfred Rosenberg, Nazi Party ideologist, declared in a speech here last night that the present Franco-Soviet understanding is “far different” from the France-Soviet Alliance in 1914, accprdomg tp the Havas News Agency.
“Russia in 1914 was at least half European,” he said, “but today the Soviet Union, under the direction of Jews, is not only a threat to all nations but stands against the ideas which lead all civilization.
