After having been confined to his bed for more than a week with a heavy cold, Julius Rosenwald was declared by his doctors as able to again go out and attend to his business interests. The bad weather, however, which has gripped Chicago, resulted in Mr. Rosenwald’s physicians ordering him to remain indoors until the inclement spell is over.
