Jewish students of the Brooklyn Law School are very much excercised over the attitude of the dean of the school in setting Rosh-Hashona as the date for the examinations.
More than 80 per cent of the student body is Jewish. Representatives of the students visited the Dean and asked him to change the date, but the Dean remained obdurate to the protests. He is reported to have announced that the examinations would be held on that date.
