Roumania May Take Stand on Mandate if England’s Obligations Are Not Kept

Roumania may take a definite stand on the present British policy in Palestine unless Great Britain keeps its obligations, declared George Mironescu, Roumanian foreign minister today, in replying to a question in Parliament from the Jewish Deputy Landau.

M. Mironescu said he was aware that immigration to Palestine had been suspended, a matter in which Roumania was interested as a signatory to the Mandate. He also said that the matter from the point of view of trade relations.
