The deportation of Jews found to be residing illegally in Palestine, which started following the Arab demonstrations in October, continues. Max Fogel of Leipzig, a Roumanian citizen, whose father was killed fighting in the Austrian army, was deported from Palestine today. Fogel had resided in Palestine eighteen months and was employed as an upholsterer.
Two others here illegally, Moshe Ben Abba, who came to Palestine from Afghanistan, via India, and Abba Baruch, Afghan Jewish barber, will be deported tomorrow. Both men were permanently employed and had lived in Palestine for three months. Ben Abba was originally a Russian refugee.
