The legality of the Jewish boycott against German goods is to be contested by the public prosecutor here. An order was issued to place under arrest Dr. Bruno Markus, Jewish journalist, on the charge that he printed leaflets calling on the public to refrain from patronizing a German film now on exhibition in a local movie house.
Court action is also to be instituted against Deputy Max Diamond and Dr. Markus Kremer who are members of the Jewish boycott committee.
