Notice was served on the House of Commons today that whatever problems the Royal Commission tackles when it goes to Palestine, the problem of Arab women and how they fit into the ancient Arab scheme of things in the Holy Land will not be among them.

Rejecting a request that women members be included in the commission to study the needs of Arab women, Colonial Secretary William Ormsby-Gore, said that such a move would be incompatible with Arab ideals.
