Many book stores conducted by Polish Jews are being picketed by the “Rozwoj” party agitators, threatening would-be purchasers in these stores.
In a large number of cases the pickets are students who, themselves, have books for sale. Many of those who ignore the pickets’ warning against buying from Jewish book dealers are assailed. As a result the Jewish book stores are scenes of frequent fighting.
