Dr. I. M. Rubinow, secretary of B’nai B’rith, has been appointed chairman of the Advisory Committee for the administration of the Old Age Pension Law Hamilton County.
Dr. Rubinow is a national authority on this subject, having served as a member of the Ohio commission to study unemployment insurance. He has written several books and hundreds of magazine articles, on these and allied subjects.
He has served as executive director of the United Palestine Appeal and executive director of the Jewish Welfare Society of Philadelphia. From 1919 to 1922 he was director of the Hadassah Medical Organization in Palestine.
