Ruggero di Segni, a prominent Italian lawyer and leader of the Jewish community, died here at the age of 59. Mr. Di Segni was vice-president of the Union of Jewish Communities in Italy, and a member of the executive board of the World Jewish Congress. He was also associated with the Jewish orphanage here and with the Vittorio Polacco Jewish School.
