The Palestine Arab Higher Executive is preparing to establish a Palestine Government-in-Exile in Egypt, it was rumored today. The move has allegedly been delayed because of the cholera epidemic raging in Egypt. A report from Cairo says that Abdul Rahman Azzam Pasha, secretary-general of the Arab League, conferred this morning on Palestine with the ex-Mufti and Abdel Krim, former Riff leader.
