Russia and Roumania Agree Upon Conference

The Government of Russia and Roumania have agreed upon a conference in Vienna in March when the question of the Dniester frontier will be decided. The conference will decide upon the points at which Ukrainian refugees may cross the boundaries, the future of Bessarabia and future trading relations between Roumania and Russia.
