The Soviet Minister to Syria has told the Syrian Government the Soviet Government has decided to back the Arab case if members of the Arab League bring the Palestine problem before the United Nations, it was reported today by Reuters.
He was said to have communicated the decision to Sa-Abdullah Jabry, Syrian Premier, at an interview today. Sa-Abdullah Jabry later called a cabinet meeting and informed the ministers of the Soviet decision, the British news agency said.
