Russian agents arrested a third Chechen man believed to have been the leader of a gang that kidnapped dozens of people, including many Jews, between 1997 and 1999, according to Russian security sources. The recent arrest of Saburali Dibirov came on the heels of similar actions taken earlier this month against two other Chechen warlords whose groups targeted Jewish hostages.
