Russian prosecutors are charging two Islamic activists with stoking ethnic and racial hatred. The charges by prosecutors in Yekaterinburg against the members of a Turkish-based group called The Lights came after the group allegedly distributed more than 2,000 copies of booklets propagating anti- Semitism and calling for an Islamic revolution.
