Russia’s prime minister spoke out against anti-Semitism in his country during a meeting with Jewish officials. Hours before leaving Moscow for a four-day visit to the United States, Yevgeny Primakov expressed his strong opposition to any manifestations of Russian nationalism, including anti-Semitism, according to Abraham Foxman, the national director of the Anti-Defamation League, who participated in the meeting along with leaders of the Russian Jewish Congress.
