Pinchas Rutenberg, chairman of the Vaad Leumi, leaves today for London where he will confer with Lord Passfield and Dr. Chaim Weizmann about propaganda going on here with regard to the establishment of a Parliament. The last session of the Vaad Leumi discussed Dr. Magnes’s convocation speech and condemned it as well as the student protest.
