Salomon Reinach’s Widow Dies in Paris

Mrs. Rose Reinach, widow of the eminent archaeologist and philologist, Salomon Reinach, died here yesterday.

Madame Reinach was deeply interested in Jewish questions and did considerable work in behalf of Russian Jewry. She was active in the work of assisting Jewish refugees in France.

Madame Reinach was a Dame of the Legion of Honor.

Her husband died on November 4, 1932, at the age of seventy-four. He had served for many years as director of the National Museum of Antiquities in St. Germain and had been identified with leading Jewish organizations.
