Horace Samuel, London attorney who defended the three Revisionist Zionists accused of the murder of Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff, and who was taken ill with appendicitis shortly after Abraham Stavsky was found guilty and sentenced to death, was discharged today from a Jerusalem hospital.
The attorney, scheduled to argue an appeal from the verdict on July 16, will rest before resuming the defense of Stavsky.
