More than a million dollars in Israel bonds were cold at a dinner here in honor of Samuel Rothberg of Peoria, III., marking a decade of service by him to Israel through the United Jewish Appeal and the Bond Organization. Speakers included Abraham Feinberg, president of the bond organization, Henry Montor, its former executive officer, and other associates of Mr. Rothberg in past years.
