Samuel A. Telsey was today re-elected president of HIAS by the board of directors to serve a second term as head of the organization. John L. Bernstein was again chosen chairman of the executive committee, Isaac L. Aesfsky, executive director, was re-elected secretary and Semuel Goldstein was elected treasurer.
