The San Francisco conference must find a satisfactory solution of the Palestine problem by creating a durable peace, Abraham Nibashan, Jewish Agency representative in Argentina, told a meeting of 10,000 persons held yesterday in Luna Park.
Prof. Juan Valmaggia, a praminent Argentine Catholic, advocated the establishment of a Jewish state in Palestine, and warned that any international settlement which does not recognize the rights of the Jewish people in Palestine will be incomplete.
Other speakers who addressed the meeting, which was called by the Keren Hayesod, included Mrs. Archibald Silverman, ex-deputy Enrique Dickman and Samuel Rabinovich, president of the board of directors of the Argentine section of the Keren Hayesed.
