The San Francisco Jewish Welfare Federation announced today a merger of two of its major agencies to provide more effective case work services to families and individuals.
Dr. David Crystal, executive director of the Family Service Agency, said the Jewish Committee for Personal Service had been merged with the family agency. The JCPS will become the Department of Mental Health Services for the family agency.
