Aaron Sapiro continued on the witness stand for the tenth day today in his $1,000,000 libel suit against Henry Ford.
Senator Reed, Ford’s chief counsel, resuming his questioning of the witness, tried again to bring out that Sapiro had been paid large salaries for his work as farm cooperative expert.
The examination and Sapirio’s redirect testimony was expected to take up the greater part of the week, making it unlikely that Henry Ford, announced as the next witness, will be called before Friday.
