Saudi billionaire Osama bin-Laden has been traced to a new secret hideout in eastern Afghanistan, according to The Observer, a London-based Sunday newspaper. Bin-Laden, who dropped out of sight five months ago, is believed to have masterminded last August’s terror bombings of the U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania. Bin-Laden is reported to have paid the Taliban authorities in Afghanistan an undisclosed sum for his latest safe haven
