That Jewish refugees coming to Vienna are treated as “lawbreakers” and the women exiles as “women of the street”, is the charge made in the Vienna municipal council by Dr. Schwartz-Hiller, a Jewish member.

The Jewish deputies also assailed the attitude of the government for permitting the use of government halls for assemblages of “Hakenkreuzlers” and other anti-Semitic organizations.
