Elaborate preparations are being made for the dedication here Wednesday, of the Mortimer L. Schiff Scout Reservation. Governor Moore will make the address of welcome and Dr. John H. Finley, associate editor of the New York Times, will deliver the principal address. Walter W. Head, president of the Boy Scouts of America, will preside. Governor Moore and Governor Lehman of New York are honorary chairmen of the reception committee.
The Reservation was purchased by the late Mrs. Jacob H. Schiff, mother of Mortimer Schiff. The latter during his lifetime was a charter member of the executive board, international commissioner and former president of the Boy Scouts of America.
