Seattle Appeal Drive Aims for $7,500

A city-wide campaign to raise $7,500 in the United Jewish Appeal drive for $3,000,000 for the relief of Jewish victims of the Hitler out-rage, was inaugurated here by nine Seattle Jewish leaders at a dinner.

Speakers included Alfred Shemanski, local drive head; Nathan Eckstein, Rabbis S. P. Wohlgelernter and Samuel Koch, P. Allen Rickles, Leo Weisfied, Sol Esfeld, Melville Monheimer and Julius Shafer.
