Plans for the second National Assembly for Labor Israel were completed here today by a special committee composed of leading Jewish educators, representatives of the Israel Consulate, the Jewish Agency and the Labor Zionist movemement in this country. The committee, headed by Dr. Samuel Wohl of Cincinnati, decided that the National Assembly should take place in the early part of November in Philadelphia.
