Security Council to Discuss Today U.S. Proposal on Middle East

The Security Council will resume its meeting tomorrow on the United States proposal to dispatch United Nations Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold to the Middle East on an urgent mission aimed at preventing an Arab-Israel war. Henry Cabot Lodge, Jr., head of the American delegation to the United Nations, will preside at the meeting as president of the Security Council for the month of April.
