A list of Rumanian Jewish leaders who have been located in Soviet Russia has been sent to the World Jewish Congress representative now in Moscow, in order to facilitate their release, it was announced here today by Mayer Ebner, a prominent leader of Rumanian Jewry, now in Palestine.
Among those named in the list are: Abraham Mark, former Chief Rabbi of Bucovina; Theodor Weisselberger, former manager of the Palestine Office in Bucovina; Solomon Kassner, vice-president of the Zionist Organization and former provincial leader of the Union of Rumanian Jews; Dr. Paul Klinger, manager of the Bucovinian office of the Keren Kayemeth; and Gustav Held and Moses Greenberg, Zionist leaders.
