The Kee bill providing $15,000,000 relief for Poland was to be brought to the attention of the Rules Committee today in an effort to bring it before the whole House early in May, Rep. Sol Bloom, chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, said. Quick action by the Rules Committee was to be asked on the ground that the need in Poland is urgent.
