Unrestricted immigration to Palestine of Jewish ex-service men was to be discussed today by High Commissioner Wauchope during an audience with a delegation of the veterans. The delegation is suggesting that discharge papers replace immigration certificates now needed to enter the country.
Also scheduled for discussion during the half-hour interview with the High Commissioner is a plan to enlarge the existing colony of Avichail to accommodate more ex-service men. The veterans are holding a conference here.
