Harold Seidenberg of Boston was named commander-in-chief of the Jewish War Veterans of the United States at the conclusion of the ninth annual encampment here. Herman M. Davis was elected senior-vice-commander-in-chief. Other officers chosen were David Goldberg of Cleveland, junior vice-commander-in-chief, Rabbi Abram Nowak of Cleveland, chaplain in-chief, Rabb Edward Lissman of New York, honorary chaplain, Herman Ballin of New York, surgeon-general, Saul Adelman of Brooklyn, judge advocate-general and Harold Berman of Boston, adjutant-general.
Mrs. Herman M. Davis was reelected national president of the Ladies’ Auxiliary. Other officers of the Ladies’ Auxiliary are Mrs. Henrietta Kraditor of Brooklyn, national senior vice-president; Charlotte Shubot of Boston, national junor vice-president; Mildred Wesler of Buffalo, national treasurer, and Ethel Loewenthal of New York, chaplain.
