Addressing 500 Orthodox rabbis at the bicentennial Torah Convocation of the Rabbinical Council of America. Brock said the U.S. has not upheld its moral commitment to Israel in “dealing with Arab potentates.” Rabbi Israel Miller was honored by the Council for his efforts on behalf of Israel.
