Funeral services for Augustus Binswanger, lawyer, who died here yesterday at ninety, were held yesterday afternoon in Rose Hill Cemetery Chapel.
Mr. Binswanger, a specialist in commercial and corporation law, became ill last Wednesday while at work. He was taken to the Michael Rose Hospital, where he underwent an emergency operation.
At one time he served as secretary and director of the Sinai Congregation for five years. Mr. Binswanger is survived by a daughter, Ida, with whom he lived, and a son, Alvin, also of Chicago.
