Netherlands Chief Rabbi Justus Tal was the principal speaker at national commemoration services for victims of World War II and martyrs of the resistance movement today. Rabbi Tal eulogized the 100,000 Dutch Jews murdered by the Nazis. A representative of Queen Juliana attended the meeting, as did members of the Cabinet and of the diplomatic corps.
