Funeral services will be held at 2.30 this afternoon at the Ethical Culture Society, 2 West 64th Street, for Justice Henry L. Sherman, of the Appellate Division, First Department, who died at his summer home in the Ruisseaumont colony near Lake Placid, N. Y., on Tuesday. He was 63 years old.
Justice Sherman’s body was brought to New York yesterday. Burial will take place at Salem Fields Cemetery in Brooklyn today following the services.
He is survived by his widow, his daughter and two sons, John and Herbert, all of New York.
