Funeral services were held here today at the Washington Hebrew Congregation for Mrs. Abram Simon, founder and honorary president of the National Federation of Temple Sisterhoods, who died Friday. Mrs. Simon established the sisterhood in 1913. She was the widow of Dr. Abram Simon, spiritual leader of the Washington Hebrew Congregation from 1904 until his death in 1938.
