A settlement for homeless foreigners will be established near Cologne, and will be named after Anne Frank, according to an announcement made here today at the Congress of the Union of Resistance Fighters for a United Europe.
The announcement was made by a Belgian priest, Rev. Dominique Piere, winner of a Nobel peace prize. The priest said that ground will be broken May 31 for construction of the village that will bear Anne Frank’s name.
