Seven refugee scholars were among the 82 recipients of the 1942 fellowships of the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation, it was disclosed today by the National Refugee Service here. The seven are. Dr. Rudolph Arnheim, psychologist from Germany, Dr. Hans Baron, historian from Germany; Dr. Otto Benesch, art authority from Austria, Dr. Doro Levi, archaeologist from Italy; Dr. Salvador E. Luria, medical scientist from Italy, Dr. Rolf Singer, from Germany; Dr. Alfred Tarski, mathematician from Poland.
