Two decrees, expected to be issued shortly by the Roumanian Government, will affect many Jews now living in Roumania, according to reports received here from Bucharest.
One decree will concern the fate of seventy thousand aliens who will have to leave the country because their residence in Roumania is considered undesirable by the political police.
The other will deal with the allocation of 100,000 Russian and Ukrainian emigrants, who will be placed in territories which they will not be allowed to leave without a permit from the government.
