A NUMBER OF JEWS WERE INJURED IN NATIONALIST STUDENT DEMONSTRATIONS IN ALL UNIVERSITY CITIES TODAY MARKING THE SIXTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE DEATH OF A NATIONALIST STUDENT NAMED WACLAWSKI IN RIOTING.
SEVERAL JEWS WERE BEATEN IN MARSZALKOWSKA STREET IN WARSAW AND SHOP WINDOW WERE BROKEN, ALTHOUGH ANTI-SEMITIC LEADERS, RALLYING STUDENTS TO A DEMONSTRATION WARNED THEM NOT TO ATTACK JEWS OR BREAK WINDOWS. SEVERAL STUDENTS WERE INJURED AND A NUMBER ARRESTED IN CLASHES WITH THE POLICE. NO LECTURES WERE HELD IN WARSAW COLLEGES.
