The second group of 228 Israel-bound Shanghai Jewish refugees crossing the U.S. from San Francisco to Hew York in a sealed train will arrive here Thursday morning and will be transferred immediately to E11is Island from whence they will be transshipped for Israel Friday, the HIAS announced today. Persons who wish to visit the immigrants must telegraph requests for tickets to Philip Forman, chief of detention, Department of Immigration and Naturalization, New York Harbor, before Thursday.
